Vinyasa
Breath-led movement, steady pace. A good place to build strength without rushing.
A small neighborhood studio for steady, unhurried practice. Four teachers, twelve mats, and room to breathe.
See the scheduleTiko Yoga opened in 2019 with a simple idea: a studio small enough to know everyone's name, calm enough to actually slow down in. We keep classes under twelve people, we don't play loud music, and we leave time at the end of every class to just sit.
Whether you're coming back after a long break or stepping onto a mat for the first time, there's a class here for you. No performance, no mirrors, no pressure.
Breath-led movement, steady pace. A good place to build strength without rushing.
Long-held floor poses, props, and quiet. Deep tissue work for the patient.
Fully supported rest. The class to take when you're tired, not the one to skip.
Gentle, adaptable practice for pregnancy, taught by our prenatal-certified teacher.
